The patient presented with noticeable recession in the frontal and temporal regions, forming an “M”-shaped hairline. The thinning extended across the anterior scalp, with moderate reduction in density through the mid-scalp area, though the crown remained largely intact. The overall pattern of loss is consistent with Norwood Stage 3 Vertex to early Stage 4 hair loss.
